Apartments are sold with unfurnished bathroom and without laminate flooring
Upon the customer’ s desire apartment to be finished in full, additional fees must be paid: 480 EUR for the laminate и 480 EUR for the bathroom equipment.
Payment plan:
1 installment – 30 % - up to 20/04/14
2 installment – 30 % - up to 20/07/14
3 installment – 30 % - up to 20/12/14
4 installment – 10 % - up to 30/06/15
Reservation fee will be deducted from the last installment.
The prices of the apartments don’t include a furniture.
Reservation of an apartment:
Reservation fee amounts to 1 000 € . It is a not-refundable sum and is required not later than two days after the reservation.
